System Implementation

If a Systems Implementation is done badly any organisation will take weeks or even months to recover and staff morale will be seriously affected. Ultimately the system, and the investment, may fail with serious consequences.

If, like most organisations, you rely on your IT systems, implementation of a new system is always a difficult time/ It requires detailed planning and thought at the project management stage and the implementation needs to be quick, efficient and professional to minimise disruption and down time. At Gateway we make every effort to plan systems implementation to fit with your organisation. If working in normal hours simply cannot be accommodated an "out of hours" approach, working in the evenings and at weekends, is available to all our customers.

Other services, such as training, are planned to fit around the implementation to maximise available staff time and to develop/maintain knowledge within the organisation before going live. Ultimately the system, and the investment, cannot be allowed to fail.

Training

What use is an IT System if nobody knows how to use it?

Far too often software is implemented on the assumption that saving time and money on training is going to benefit the organisation. At Gateway we believe the opposite. The organisation will suffer in the long term if the users cannot use the system to their potential. Staff morale will drop and the investment will be devalued. Why allow this to happen?
